The ISTQB® Glossary App Goes Gamification!

The ISTQB® has released version 4.3 of its popular Glossary App introducing ex-
citing new features.

Quiz

The new quiz supports users in practicing the keywords of a syllabus as a
game. It provides them with feedback on how well they have mastered the ter-
minology. This innovative feature uses artificial intelligence to select different
answer options from the glossary with similar meanings. It can also be used in
any supported language.

Graphs

A new menu item highlights the graphs that visualize the relationships among
the Glossary terms. The first group of graphs contains mind maps of the key-
words of ISTQB®*s most popular product, the Foundation Level Syllabus. Other
graphs will be added in the future.

Right-to-left scripting

The multilingual ISTQB® Glossary App now also supports languages with right-
to-left scripting (e.g. Hebrew, Arabic). We are happy to share that the Israeli
Testing Certification Board already imported its Glossary translations. Arabic
translations are expected later this year.
