67th Member Board joins the ISTQB®
The ISTQB® General Assembly meeting in Dublin on 13th May 2022 confirmed the United Arab Emirates Software Testing Qualifications Board (UAESTQB) as the 67th ISTQB® Member Board.
The UAESTQB board is a non-profit organization as per the ISTQB® requirements. Volunteers hold the key positions with the common mission to promote software testing as a career and the ISTQB® qualifications across the Middle East region.
As well as making ISTQB® exams available, UAESTQB will begin the process of organizing testing events, such as conferences and accrediting official training courses (starting with the ISTQB® Certified Tester, Foundation level and Agile tester level). The UAESTQB will build links with industry and higher education institutions to increase understanding of the value of the ISTQB® internationally recognized certifications.
